  2. VisaGrade does not provide regulated immigration advice unless that advice has been reviewed by an authorised professional. Our case strategy, checklists, and drafts are case-preparation outputs, not legal advice.
  3. VisaGrade does not guarantee visa approval. No service or person can honestly promise a particular outcome. Anyone promising you a guaranteed visa is not telling the truth.
  4. Visa decisions are made only by the immigration authority (for Canadian study permits, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada — IRCC). We have no influence over how an officer assesses your application.
  5. You must provide truthful information and authentic documents.Misrepresentation can result in refusal, future inadmissibility, and multi-year bans from the immigration authority.

What VisaGrade does

When you need a regulated professional

Some situations require regulated immigration advice — for example, prior refusals, inadmissibility issues, complex family arrangements, or appeals. If your case shows those signals, we will recommend that you consult an authorised immigration representative (such as a Canadian-licensed lawyer or an RCIC) before submitting.

  • Upload genuine documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to use.
