Terms of Service

VisaGrade is a case-preparation service for prospective applicants — currently focused on Canadian study permits. We help you organise your information, strengthen your evidence, generate drafts (such as a Statement of Purpose and sponsor letter), and obtain a human review of your application pack.

VisaGrade is not a law firm and is not a licensed immigration consultant. We do not file applications on your behalf and we do not provide regulated immigration advice. Where your case requires regulated advice, we refer you to an authorised professional.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use VisaGrade. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information in your intake and uploads.
• Upload only authentic documents that you have the right to share.
• Not use VisaGrade to misrepresent facts to any immigration authority.
• Not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

Misrepresentation to an immigration authority is a serious offence and can result in refusal and multi-year bans. VisaGrade will not knowingly assist any application that contains false information.

The intake is free. Paid packages (Application Blueprint, Premium Reviewed Pack) are charged at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Specific deliverables, scope, and refund conditions for each package are described on the pricing page and at checkout.

Drafts and reports we deliver to you (e.g. Statement of Purpose draft, case strategy report) are yours to edit, sign, and submit. The underlying templates, engines, methodology, and software remain the property of VisaGrade.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority. VisaGrade does not guarantee a visa approval, a particular processing time, or any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaGrade's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including refusal of a visa application.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including providing false information or attempting to abuse the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
